PREPARATION THE COMPANY FOR THE INTRODUCTION OF INTERNATIONAL QUALITY STANDARDS
Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Banja Luka Region provides support to enterprises for the introduction of standards, by:
- Informing about the available financial support and the availability of programs intended for standards.
- Consulting services, which include not only information on the availability of funds and the terms of the application, but also the preparation and implementation by the consultants employed in the Chambers.
- Providing services to match the documentation to the new requirements of the standard (ISO9001: 2008 to ISO 9001: 2015 ...)
- Providing direct consulting services, especially in the field of introduction of standards ISO 9001: 2015, HACCP, ISO 14001, FSC CoC, CE mark ...
So far they have provided consulting services to the introduction of quality management system ISO 9001: 2008 in more than 50 business associations in the area of Banja Luka and wider.
Also, Chamber has provided technical assistance in applying the various means of support to the Chamber members that were interested in the introduction of quality management systems.
Since 2006, at the initiative of Chamber, seminars for training of consultants and external auditor are being held for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSC and CE mark. This way we want to provide consulting services to more companies from the area of Banja Luka, at a lower price.
Recently, greater number of companies is interested in the introduction of FSC CoC and the CE mark, for it is a condition for export.
Standards were introduced in companies in Republic of Srpska since 1093 enterprises, of which:
- Quality Management System - ISO 9001 (790 companies),
- Environmental management - ISO 14001 (50 companies),
- The management of safety and health protection at work - OHSAS 18000 (10 companies),
- Risk Management System - ISO 17000 (5 companies),
- Food safety management system - ISO 22000 (10 companies),
- Food safety - HACCP (80 company),
- Product safety - CE mark (35 companies),
- Forest certification and the origin of wood - FSC CoC (110),
- ISO 17025 accreditation of laboratories (3)
Currently there are 30 companies in the Republika Srpska in the stage of obtaining the certificate according to the international standards.
All companies that have an old version of ISO 9001: 2008 should switch to the new version of ISO 9001: 2015 til the end of September of 2018. year, and the same stand for other standards.
