This is a second invitation for the Interreg Programme Mediterranean whose project ideas funded by the ERDF (European Regional Development Fund) and IPA (Instrument for pre-Have Assistance) of EU funds. Call for ideas is open until October 31. March 2017.
Modular projects, which can be financed by this means, are divided on one module projects and integrated projects. Projects can belong to one of the following three axes:
1. INNOVATION – "Blue" growth (fisheries and culture must, biotechnology, coastal and marine tourism), "Green" growth (waste management/recycling, renewable energy, smart cities), creative industries and social innovation;
2. THE ECONOMY OF LOW CARBON EMISSIONS;
3. ENVIRONMENT – Coastal and marine sustainable tourism, management and networking of protected areas;
The right to participate in projects have national, regional and local public authorities, institutions that are defined as public law and non-profit private institutions. IPA partners (BiH institutions and NGOS) cannot operate as leading partners (applicants) to the project.
