Chamber of Commerce of the Republika Srpska and the Regional Chamber of Commerce Banja Luka, Prijedor Office in cooperation with the Tax Administration of the Republika Srpska organized the seminar:“Filling the annual application of income taxes (forms 1101, 1102) and the annual applications of controlled transactions for tax of 2016“. In accordance with the Law on Profit Tax (Official Gazette no. 94/15). Regulations on the form and content of forms and tax return (Official Gazette No.11 / 17) and the Rules on transfer pricing and the method of its determination (Official Gazette No.47 / 16), all of the annual applications for income tax and annual application of controlled transactions for tax 2016 to be submitted to fulfill the requests modified form and content from 31.03.2017.
Many firms were participants in the seminar, „Javor“ Prijedor,“HPK“ Kozarska Dubica, „Kondić komerc“ Kozarska Dubica, „Instalo Komerc „Prijedor, „Bosnamontaža“ Prijedor and many other companies.
The speakers were representatives of the Tax Administration of the Republika Srpska.
