ZAPOSLI SE is an initiative aimed at improving the socio-economic situation of women from rural areas through a set of specific interventions – activation and employment of women from rural communities (aged 15–64).

The project is implemented within the EUzaZapošljavanje program, funded by the European Union (EU) and Sweden, and implemented by the International Labour Organization (ILO).

The project holder is PREDA – the Development Agency of the City of Prijedor, while the Prijedor Office acts as a partner alongside the Public Employment Service of the Republic of Srpska, the Public Center for Social Work Prijedor, Bytres d.o.o., the Public Hospitality and Economics School Prijedor, and the Public Secondary School Center Prijedor.

The project is implemented during 2024–2025.
