Description: In November 2008, a cooperation network was established between the Veneto Region International Cooperation Center (Centro Estero Veneto) and the county chambers of Pula, Rijeka, and Osijek, the Wood Cluster from Prijedor, the Business Service Center from Zenica, chambers of commerce from Serbia (Novi Sad, Belgrade, and Leskovac), the Directorate for SME Development of Montenegro, and chambers of commerce from Tirana and Durrës.
The network serves as a facilitator for strengthening economic cooperation between Veneto and the Balkans, through the creation of a structured network of contacts among organizations involved in providing information and assistance to companies interested in international cooperation.
Results: A Cooperation Agreement between the Veneto Foreign Trade Center and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Banja Luka Region, within the framework of the Euro South East Network, was signed in 2009.
