Description: The project contributed to strengthening the capacities of SMEs in the metal sector to enter international markets and increase the competitiveness of companies in the metal industry. Through this project, the Chamber of Commerce of the Republika Srpska ensured continuous support for the export activities of SMEs in the metal sector.

Results:

• 20 companies were trained to enter international markets.
• 9 companies participated in a study visit to Austria and Slovenia.
• 9 companies increased their competitiveness through certification according to relevant quality standards.
• A sectoral publication was developed to promote the capacities of the metal sector.
• A set of services, “Service Package to Support SME Export in the Metal Industry”, was established.
