Description: The project was implemented with the aim of increasing employment capacity through vocational education and training for adults.
Results: During the project, valuable equipment was procured for the Mechanical School and the Agricultural-Food School, and both schools were accredited to deliver adult education programs. The schools were equipped with: CNC machines, automotive diagnostics equipment, welding equipment, a tractor, a sprayer, and a trailer.
- The Mechanical School gained accreditation for an additional 8 professions and 5 training programs, while the Agricultural-Food School accredited 4 professions and 5 training programs.
- The project also established the Education and Employment Council of the City of Prijedor, whose main function is to align the supply and demand on the local labor market.
