Call for offers 03-64-10/17, Project EcoInn Danube

Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Banja Luka Region is one of the partners in Interreg Danube project Eco-innovatively connected Danube Region DTP1-1-291-1.1.

Within the activities of EcoInn project, numerous will be aimed at acquiring information on many different aspects concerning eco-innovation in all 13 countries in the Project. The results of these activities will be: Reports from national stakeholder meetings, Report on national survey of needs, Report on evaluation of joint results of survey, National reports on obstacles and opportunities, National reports on existing structures for support of ecoinnovation, National report SWOT and Final Joint Strategy.

Task:

Based on the strategy and other deliverables mentioned, Methodology on joint action plan and national inputs will be developed by CCI BL who is the partner on the Project.

The role of external expert will be to analyse the Project, work package 3 in detail and to analyse all results and deliverables in order to prepare the methodology mentioned.

Methodology, which is deliverable D 3.3.2 of the project, will serve as a guideline for joint action plan which will be derived from action plans from each project partner. Content of the methodology should be clear enough to describe the process of production of action plans and to offer the template for action plan.

The input for Methodology will be next documents:

  • D 3.1.3 - Report on national results of survey
  • D 3.1.4 - Report on evaluation of joint results of survey
  • D 3.2.2 - National report on obstacles and opportunities
  • D 3.2.3 - National reports on existing structures for support of ecoinnovation
  • D 3.2.4 - National report SWOT
  • D 3.3.5 - Final joint strategy

Timeframe:

This call for offers is published on 20 April 2018 and will be opened till 20 May 2018. Deadline for submission of offers is 20 May 2018, 15:00 CET.

Activities on creation of Methodology on joint action plan and national inputs will have to be finished within two calendar months, from 1 June till 31 July 2018.
